This policy outlines the path for getting your gear to you and ensures your complete satisfaction should your quest need a slight adjustment.

Shipping Your Legendary Gear

Once your order is placed, our guild of artisans springs into action!

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your items for their journey to you.
  • Shipping Methods & Timelines:
    • Standard Shipping (12.95): We entrust your package to the capable hands of DHL or FedEx. Delivery is typically achieved within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we use EMS to deliver your epic finds. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after shipment.

Please Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing. We ship globally, but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote regions.

The Return & Exchange Quest

We want you to be utterly thrilled with your purchase. If your item isn’t the perfect fit for your character, our Returns & Exchanges policy is here to ensure your journey ends happily.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging within 15 days of you receiving the package.

⚠️ Items of a Final Sale Nature

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their intimate nature and for hygiene reasons:

  • Wigs & Facial Hair (All categories, including Biblical Wigs, Gothic & Horror Wigs, Medieval Wigs, Oriental Wigs, Pirate Wigs, Streetwear Quality Wigs, and Wizards Wigs)
  • Masks
  • Gloves
  • Tabi’s (Footwear)

Please choose these items carefully, adventurers!

The 3-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receipt, contact our customer service wizards at [email protected] to initiate your return or exchange. Include your order number and details about the item.
  2. Prepare Your Shipment: Once approved, we will provide a shipping address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order number. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Send It Back & Complete Your Quest: Ship your return package. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request!
    • For Exchanges: We will ship your new item as soon as the return is processed. Standard or free shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
    • For Refunds: Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Refund Timeline & Method

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return once it is received at our facility.

After processing:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal Refunds: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
